Tony Hodges - CEO

Tony Hodges is the CEO. His career spans 40 years including being head of employee communications in the UK for Mercer. Before that he was in business to business television and adult education. He is passionate about the company’s three core values of Integrity, Partnership and Understanding and also about AHC’s moral obligation to help uninformed audiences be empowered to make informed and wise financial choices through clear and understandable communication.

Karen Heath ABC – Vice President of International Communications

With over 20 years’ commercial experience in large corporate organisations, including 15 years in senior strategic and operational communication roles, Karen joined AHC in 2002. Karen's background spans both benefits communication and corporate communication. She is a Principal Consultant and member of the senior management team at AHC. Karen has been responsible for winning and delivering significant client projects whilst developing key relationships at Director level with many large clients. She is an accredited member of, and examiner for, the International Association of Business Communicators.

Karen’s corporate experience is supplemented with excellent pensions knowledge and a proven track record of engaging clients on the development of communications strategy.

Jane Snowden – Head of Technical Consulting/Managing Principal Consultant

Joining AHC in 1997 shortly after graduating in Economics, Jane was AHC’s first employee. Her technical knowledge translates to excellent pensions understanding, mathematical/analytical skills and a good grasp of IT/technical issues. Jane is AHC’s main consultant behind modeller development where AHC is recognised as a UK market leader. Jane holds a PRINCE2 qualification in project management.

Samantha Benecke - Principal Consultant

Samantha Benecke leads the AHC Pacific business in Australia. She previously held the position of Queensland Regional Director for one of the world’s largest professional bodies, CPA Australia. During her time at CPA Australia she also was responsible for launching a new division of the organisation in New Zealand and spent time on secondment in their Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Divisions looking at member recruitment, marketing and member service initiatives. Samantha recently returned from the United Kingdom where she ran a network of Managing Partners and Chief Executives of leading professional services firms.

Sam Charles - Principal Technical Consultant

Instrumental in delivering AHC's solution in Australia, Sam is a senior member of the IT team. Having joined AHC in 2002 his ability to absorb technical detail has helped us produce market leading website and calculator solutions using his combination of programming expertise and client management experience.

Rahim Packir Saibo - Senior Technical Consultant

Rahim joined AHC in 2001, initially working on our class leading retirement modelling tools. With a focus on software engineering principles Rahim has played a pivotal role in bringing industry best practices to the development team. This has helped maintain our dominant position providing retirement planning and finance oriented web applications.

James Wilson - Technical Consultant

James joined AHC after completing his Cybernetics and Virtual Worlds degree in 2002. He has led the technical charge on AHC’s many online knowledge sharing communities, and is also responsible for the development of interactive new media solutions such as websites and graphical calculators.
